Cancellation charges will be levied for late cancellations as follows:

Low Season (1 April - 30 September)
Less than 72 hours - one night of total rooms reserved

High Season (1 Oct ober - 19 December and 6 January - 31 March)
Less than 72 hours - All nights of total rooms reserved

Peak Season (20 December - 5 January)
Less than seven days - All nights of total rooms reserved.

Please note that rooms not guaranteed by a valid credit card and / or full pre-payment may be subject to auto release by the hotel / resort during high occupancy. Special regulations for groups (six rooms and more) apply.

Children Policy

FREE for maximum two children below 12 years of age sharing room with parents using existing bedding. Optional breakfast is chargeable at US$8 per child aged 8 - 11.
