Traditional Khmer Cookery Class

Khmer food is arguably one of the finest foods you can find in South East Asia, out rivaling its Thai and Vietnamese neighbours. With an English speaking cook you can enjoy the day learning about the ingredients and preparing some Khmer classics.

You start the day over a refreshing cold drink, followed by a seasonal fruit tasting. You will learn how to prepare four dishes with the opportunity to take home recipe cards too of what you have just learnt. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine during lunch with a little self satisfaction of having prepared it yourself!

Two and three day classes are available upon request.
